If you're an AID enthusiast there's noting to stop you updating your AID files (on PC) to include the latest version of apps, emus and tools. I'm pretty sure Rocky5's XBSMT includes v3.5.3. AID 4.53 Lite's XBMC version is circa 2010, probably v3.1, certainly not v3.5.3 which was released early 2016. However if you're wanting to update XBMC4Xbox rather than use AID you'd be better off looking for a XBMC v3.5.3 download (the likely final version). I've checked again and there are at least three other places that have a download for it and I know two of them work. I do not know whether that applies to AID. There's a very well known dedicated Xbox web site that hosts a lot of stuff that is now difficult to find like that although there may be criteria needed to be met to be able to download certain things. I don't know what search terms you used but try Googling "Auto Installer Deluxe 4.53 Lite".
